SF Public Library TechMobile Visits Argonne Elementary

Students in our Argonne Elementary School after-school program were excited to get their first visit from the San Francisco Public Library’s TechMobile last month! The TechMobile is a fully-equipped computer lab on wheels designed to help bring technology fluency to all San Francisco residents through digital literacy trainings.
On this first visit, our students learned about the science behind green screens, and got to make their very own mini-movies starring toys and using high-tech special effects. And on top of all that, the library staff came with lots of free books for the students!
The TechMobile promised to come back to Argonne soon, and we can’t wait to see what kind of cool new technologies they’ll have for us to learn about next time.
