McCoppin Elementary School

The Richmond Neighborhood Center has been operating morning care and after-school programs at McCoppin Elementary School since 2018. Programs are offered Monday through Friday for youth in grades K-5 from 7:30-9:15 AM and Dismissal-6:30 PM. Students start the afternoon session with a snack/supper break. In addition to providing homework assistance, recreational activities, case management services, and STEAM classes, the Richmond Neighborhood Center offers service-learning opportunities for youth in the program. These opportunities include tasks like delivering groceries to seniors and individuals with disabilities.
