Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, San Francisco public schools remain closed. To learn more about the Neighborhood Center’s virtual programming for Lafayette Elementary School students this fall, please contact Program Manager Lee Hungle using the information below.

The Richmond Neighborhood Center works closely with Lafayette Elementary School to create a continuum of learning in the after school hours. Programs are offered Monday through Friday for youth in grades K-5 from 1:40-6:00PM and include snack. In addition to offering tutoring and homework assistance, recreation activities, case management services and STEAM classes, The Richmond Neighborhood Center also incorporates art programing weekly through the Multicultural Children’s Art Program and partners with Academic Chess to offer chess club. Other enrichments include Robotics, Girls and Boys Clubs, LARPing, and hockey and kickball teams.
