They enjoy experimenting with colors, patterns, and materials, building fine motor skills, and sharing their creations with peers. Wellness activities support students’ physical and social-emotional growth. Through sports, cooperative games, nutrition lessons, and mindfulness practices, children build teamwork, confidence, and leadership skills while learning the importance of healthy habits and self-care.
