Dedicated to the Richmond
The Richmond Neighborhood Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening the Richmond District and beyond. For 45 years, we have fostered a thriving community through innovative youth programs in 10 public schools, essential food security initiatives, and support for local businesses and neighborhood events. By bringing people together, we create opportunities, build connections, and ensure our community continues to flourish.
About Us
The Richmond Neighborhood Center is a vital resource for community connection and support in San Francisco's Richmond District. We partner with schools, families, and local organizations to provide essential programs that empower our neighbors to thrive. From school-based school year and summer enrichment for over 3,000 public school students to food security services for 1,500 households, our work addresses critical needs with care and dignity. We also host vibrant community events, youth workforce development initiatives, and senior empowerment workshops, all rooted in justice, equity, and sustainability. Together, we’re building a stronger, more connected Richmond.
