Join The Richmond Neighborhood Center for our annual Multicultural Children’s Art Program (MCAP) Faire! This year’s event will be a free, fun, interactive art festival for children of all ages, featuring projects like print making, face painting, tie-dye, box forts, pumpkin stuffies, and more! All children must be accompanied by an adult.
